Welcome

I’m Claudia, a yoga teacher, soft tissue massage therapist, and dancer based in Nottingham.

My movement journey began with a professional dance training, which led me to explore a range of movement practices worldwide. I am a qualified Yoga Teacher and a Soft Tissue Massage Therapist, working across communities, yoga studios, corporate settings, and retreats.

My connection to movement and holistic health started in my teens, using yoga to support my physical, emotional, and mental well-being. This personal experience sparked my curiosity about how the body and mind can repair and thrive through intentional practice.

YOGA

Accessible yoga from the heart, allowing even beginners to explore the deepest layers of the body, mind, and spirit. My teaching reflects my diverse movement background and bodywork training, drawing inspiration from multiple disciplines. Sessions include clear anatomical cues, hands-on assists, and massage, balanced with philosophy and mindfulness, all delivered in a down-to-earth and welcoming way.

I offer classes at studios throughout Nottingham, such as Deep Yoga & Hot Pod, as well as a community class at Unity Performance in Arnold. This also makes it suitable for people looking for a yoga class in Mapperley or Sherwood, with great parking and bus connections.

MASSAGE

From the moment we begin, I create a space of safety, relaxation, and trust. I take a thorough case history, encourage feedback, and pride myself on professionalism, so you can fully drop into the experience.

Using a blend of deep tissue massage and sports massage techniques, I tailor each session to your needs, finishing with postural advice and exercises for long-term well-being. My approach is ideal for injury recovery, postural rehabilitation, and stress relief.

After a session, you’ll feel a sense of freedom, alignment, and balance in your body. I work with people from all walks of life, helping them move and feel better. Learn more here.

DANCE

I offer unique New Moon Ceremonies at The Natural Wellness Centre. In these sessions, you will set powerful intentions and embody them through guided movement and dance. These events offer a unique blend of movement, ritual, and meditation designed to invite new possibilities. Perfect for personal growth, group bonding, or simply celebrating the cycles of nature, my New Moon dance ceremonies provide a supportive space to move freely and connect with others. I have also been a part of the Ecstatic Dance Nottingham community for a number of years, and occasionally collaborate with them too.

A FINAL WORD

Whatever I do, I aim to give you the tools to look after yourself once you have left so that you can feel confident and empowered in your own movement and healing journey.
